Greece
Greece and its many islands are dreamy European destinations to spend a wonderful vacation in. But it is not only about pure sandy beaches and turquoise sea water with tropical-like sceneries—even though there are plenty of them! Heavenly beaches are not the only magnet this place has.
Greece's history is very rich and ancient monuments or remains of the culture are present all around the islands. You could spend weeks just visiting historical palaces and debris of old civilizations.
We also traveled around Crete where we visited many beautiful places and trekked some of the most picturesque hikes including the most famous one, Samaria Gorge. But there are many more gorges that are ideal for hiking!
Wonderful nature, rich history, and unique cuisine—that’s Greece.
